  • Dice the florets into small shapely sizes and put under running water to remove dust or dirt.
  • Trim the already cut stems, peel the tough outer layer and slice the tough bottom. Cut the rest parts into fine circles, wash and keep in a separate bowl.

  • Place the diced florets and stems into a microwave-safe bowl
  • Put little water into the bowl – about 2 - 3 tablespoons.
